At Rinkoffs, our Crodough journey began in 2013 with a moment of inspiration on the streets of New York. Witnessing endless queues of people waiting for something called a 'Cronut', we knew we'd stumbled upon something extraordinary – but we also knew we could create something uniquely London. Our take on this revolutionary pastry marries the intricate, butter-laden layers of a traditional French croissant with the irresistible indulgence of a perfectly fried doughnut. But what sets our Crodough apart is its distinctly British character.
We've developed thirteen signature flavours, each one meticulously crafted to surprise and delight. From our year-round classics to seasonal specialties like our Easter-exclusive Creme Egg creation, every variation tells its own story. The magic happens in our Whitechpel bakery, where each Crodough is lovingly handcrafted. The process demands precision – from the careful layering of the dough to achieving that perfect golden crunch in the fryer.
