Rinkoff Sour Dough Bread

Unique textured bread made in the traditional way from recipes dating back over 3000 years.

A fine compliment to savories such as smoked salmon. Cream cheese, salamis and other delicacies. For the sweeter tooth, delicious with honey or jams. Equally delicious when toasted.Sour Dough BreadGiving an enhanced flavour, though it is just as nice eaten plain with butter. The sour process takes approximately 5 days to prove, and can only be made by a specialized baker. From the natural acidity derives the unique quality and taste.
